Rules for using Clawviyo’s platform app and merchant inquiry workflows.

These terms govern access to the Clawviyo platform app, dashboard, trust pages, and inquiry-delivery infrastructure. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful, authorized merchant discovery and inquiry workflows.

Acceptable use

What users may and may not do

  • Use the app only for legitimate merchant discovery and inquiry delivery.
  • Do not submit fabricated identities, fake contact details, or misleading inquiry content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass verification, rate limits, or merchant qualification rules.
  • Do not use the platform to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
Accounts and access

Authentication responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, client credentials, and authorized sessions. OAuth access establishes identity with Clawviyo, but merchant-specific write actions may still require verification steps before delivery.

Service boundaries

Important limitations

  • Clawviyo does not guarantee merchant responsiveness, conversion, or commercial outcomes.
  • Merchant information may change, and clients are responsible for using current tool responses.
  • The service may suspend or block abusive accounts, apps, merchants, or sessions.
