Right to erasure

Ask us to delete your data.

If an AI assistant submitted an inquiry through Clawviyo using your email address, you can ask us to delete the email and any inquiries linked to it. We’ll confirm identity by replying to the address you write from, then complete the deletion within 30 days (the GDPR Article 12 maximum).

A self-serve form is on the roadmap. Until then, send us an email — it’s handled by the same person and the same SLA.

Scope of erasure

  • Your verified-human record (email, verification token, click timestamp).
  • Inquiry rows linked to your email: title, free-text body, qualification fields, admin notes are nulled; the row itself is removed unless the merchant has a legal basis to retain a redacted record (e.g. an open dispute).
  • Email-audit-log rows where you were the recipient.
  • Reputation signals tied to inquiries you submitted.

Limited exceptions

  • Aggregate, de-identified counts used for fraud detection (cannot be linked back to you).
  • Backups deleted at the next rotation cycle, no later than 90 days.
  • Records we are required by law to retain (rare; we’ll tell you if any apply).

Access, correction, portability

See the privacy policy for the full list of rights and how to exercise them. For complaints, your local supervisory authority (or the UK ICO at ico.org.uk) is always available.
